("Aurora Finspire", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old to access our Service. By using it, you confirm you meet this age and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms. The Service is unavailable where prohibited by law.
2. Account Registration
To fully use the Service, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your login details and all account activity. Inform us immediately at if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or commit fraud.
3. Service Description and Limitations
Aurora Finspire provides AI-based market insights, trade signals, and optional automated order execution through linked brokerage accounts. The Service is for informational purposes only.
- Aurora Finspire does not hold or control your funds; all capital remains in your brokerage or exchange accounts.
- We connect to your broker via API keys that have read-only and trading permissions; these keys do not enable fund withdrawals.
- Past performance of strategies or signals does not guarantee future outcomes.
- Trading involves risks, including potential loss of Aurora Finspire capital.
4. No Investment Advice
Nothing on the platform Aurora Finspire constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All AI signals and data are informational only. Consult a licensed financial advisor before investing. Aurora Finspire is not a registered investment advisor, broker, or financial consultant.
5. Fees and Payments
Certain features require paid subscriptions. Fees are outlined on our pricing page and may change with 30 days’ notice. Taxes are your responsibility. Subscriptions are prepaid monthly or yearly. Refunds are discretionary within 14 days of initial payment for new users.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or violate any regulations.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the platform’s source code.
- Employ bots or automated methods to scrape data from the Service.
- Resell or commercially utilize the Service without permission.
- Disrupt or damage the Service or its infrastructure.
- Engage in market manipulation, front-running, or other illegal financial conduct.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, content, algorithms, trademarks, and trade secrets belong solely to Aurora Finspire or its licensors. No rights or licenses to these assets are granted to you. Our trademarks and logos must not be used without prior consent.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Aurora Finspire WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE OR THAT IT IS FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Liability Limitations
TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Aurora Finspire WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF POTENTIAL DAMAGES. 10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aurora Finspire and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
11. Account Closure
You may close your account anytime through settings or by contacting We may suspend or terminate access immediately if these Terms are breached. Account data may be deleted according to our Privacy Policy following closure.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of New York State, excluding conflict of law principles. Disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Unit 101, Raheja Towers, M.G. Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001, India under American Arbitration Association rules. EU and UK users may also seek remedies in local courts.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms anytime with at least 14 days’ notice via email or platform alerts. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
